Oakmere provides compassionate non-medical support for individuals experiencing memory changes, including Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

Oakmere can provide or coordinate approved transportation and escort support for appointments, grocery shopping, errands, personal outings, and other scheduled activities.
Our caregivers can accompany clients as appropriate, helping make everyday trips more comfortable and manageable.

Medication Reminders & Routine Support
For clients who need help staying on schedule, Oakmere caregivers may provide non-medical medication reminders as authorized in the client's service plan.
Caregivers can remind clients that it is time to take their medication but do not administer medications or provide medical advice.
Routine support may also include reminders and assistance with meals, hydration, activities, appointments, and other established daily routines.
